Established in 1981, China Daily is the only national
English-language daily newspaper in China. Headquartered
in Beijing, with bureaus in Shanghai and Guangzhou, and
a web site (www.chinadaily.com.cn)
that projects 6 million hits a day, China Daily has long
been the premier news source for foreign businessmen,
diplomats, and academics engaged in China.
More importantly, by presenting Chinese perspectives and
sharing stories from a country that is home to one-fifth
of the Earth’s population, China Daily has been a key

About CDDC
In the United States, the task of
printing, delivering, and promoting China Daily and its
product family is handled by the China Daily Distribution
Corporation (CDDC), the sole, wholly-owned subsidiary of
China Daily. Established in 1984 in New York City, CDDC has
served China Daily readers in the U.S., Canada, and other
locations throughout North America for more than two
decades. At present, CDDC offers the
print edition of China Daily
as well as
China Daily eClips
in the North American market.
For more than 25 years, China Daily has
served as the world's window to China, and for over two
decades, CDDC has brought that portal to North America. In
the years to come, CDDC will continue to serve its readers
and improve its services to them.
